as accurate as possible, however misprints can occur. We do this by collecting
data on our products directly from the manufacturer. Occasionally the data listed
by the manufacturer reflects a revision already made, or a revision not yet available.
This is beyond our ability to anticipate. Items listed as having more features
than they do will be acceptable for returns, as this is not in line with our Substitution
Policy. If an item is listed as having a particular feature in its name and general
description, you can reasonably expect it to come with that feature. If it does
not, we will retrieve the item and work out a solution that is cost effective
for both sides. Errors of that nature will not entitle customers to express shipping
unless express shipping was originally used. Copystars.com makes a best effort to insure
all pricing on our website is accurate but due to the extremely volatile nature
of the computer sector some prices may not be accurate. We reserve the right as
a privately owned company to adjust or amend prices at any item on our site. If
pricing on items is not accurate, an attempt will be made to contact the customer
once the order is placed and correct the pricing. Technical glitches with our
site can occur, and are seen as a force beyond our control. When such a glitch
occurs items may reflect inaccurate pricing, and we will work to correct it as
fast as possible. We will not honor pricing caused by a glitch that places the
item well below our cost, and we do appreciate customers pointing out pricing
they feel may be erroneous. This is better explained in our policy on images,
spelling errors, and misprints.
Shipping & Order Processing Time:
We only deliver to mailboxes using USPS First Class mail. Alaska and Hawaii
PR ,Guam ,must choose 2nd Day or Next Day Air Shipping. Packages are processed
in a first come first served basis. It may take up to 1 - 5 business days, Expedited
Shipping may be purchased in order guarantee shipping in 24-48 hours. Customers
can select these options from the drop down box on every item under "Shipping
Options". When possible Copystars.com will include all items in one box. Items
such as monitors, cases, complete systems, merchandise with an irregular shape,
and large orders may require multiple boxes for shipping. The buyer must arrange
for receipt of the product. If you will not be available at the shipping address
when the carrier comes to deliver, please coordinate a solution with the carrier.
All returned or refused shipments are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee
to the buyer. There will be an additional fee to the buyer for incorrect or
mistyped shipping addresses for reshipping of an order. At this time Copystars.com
does not offer shipping to Non-US Territories unless it is an APO or FPO location.
Substitution
A reasonable attempt is made to match or beat all the features of the item being
sold. Certain items, such as power supplies, have minute differences in their
ratings, but their gross specs may be greater. We will not give a cheaper but
similar product in any case without first crediting that savings to the customer.
Minimum Order
The minimum order for a transaction to be completed is 1 dollars. This rate
is set to help keep order management reasonable.
Packaging Type:
All items are sent to the customer as we receive them. In some cases, items
may be available in both OEM and retail packages. All items purchased from us
should be considered OEM product unless the item is listed specifically as being
a retail boxed item.
1. OEM - Intended for system builders and only come with the minimal packaging,
documentation, and software. No manufacturer warranty.
2. RETAIL BOX - Commercially packaged product with full documentation and software
carrying a warranty from the manufacturer.
Purchase Payment
For ease of use, Copystars.com offers the option of buying online and withdrawing funds
directly from a customer's bank account. This transaction is possible using
the service provided by Paypal.com. Paypal is a secure and insured service.
Copystars.com will only allow approval on orders placed by users verified by Paypal.
Please send Paypal payments to paypal@Copystars.com.com. This is our payment address.
Copystars.com accepts the following credit cards on our website: All American Express,
Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche and JCB. Debit Cards
are accepted if they are Visa / Master Card. Copystars.com offers payment by check,
cash or credit card at our retail location.
Verification
First time customers may experience a delay in the shipping of orders. A signature
authorization may be required on credit card orders greater than $500. Customers
are asked to use the address listed with their credit card provider when placing
the order. Any orders that cannot be verified with the automatic credit card
address verification system are subject to manual address verification. If there
is no customer response to the address verification inquiry the order will be
cancelled after 7 days. We ship to alternate shipping addresses listed with
the credit card provider.
Privacy
We will not publish or sell the information provided to us by our customers.
We use ScanAlert services to provide daily auditing of our website security.

Testing
Testing of a pre built system is recommended anytime a customer purchases components
they wish us to assemble before they are shipped. Individual items are not tested
by us before shipping, and no warrantee specifically against DOA. We offer product
testing on all items to reduce possibility of DOA. Retail boxed items will be
opened for this purpose but will be resealed prior to shipping. Shipping charges
for DOA items returned to Copystars.com are the responsibility of the customer.
Tech Support
Technical Support is available through support@Copystars.com.com by emailing
our technical support dept. Technical support is provided to all Copystars.com
customers for any product purchased from Copystars.com. If you have questions
regarding a product not sold by Copystars.com, or integration of a product sold
by Copystars.com with a non-Copystars.com product our technicians have a limited
support capability. Copystars.com will endeavor to give the best level of assistance
where possible. It should be noted however that Copystars.com assumes no liability
when discussing technical issues not related to merchandise purchased from Copystars.com.
Local Pickup
Not avaliable at this moment but we are considering in the near future.
Not every item in our catalogue is available for same day pickup, and some lead
time may be required. For your convenience it is recommended that you call ahead
to verify your order has been processed. There is no additional charge for personal
pickup. When picking up your order a picture ID is necessary and, if applicable,
the credit card used to make the purchase is required.
Taxation
Taxes are applied to residents of Californa at the rate set by the LA County
Tax District. The current tax rate is 8.25%. Out of state customers are exempted
from sales tax when purchases are made online. Resellers and other entities
that operate under Tax-ID may purchase items tax free upon completion of our
reseller application. Government agencies may also make purchases tax free.
We are authorized to do business with government agencies in the state of Texas.

Warranty
* 30 – Day Warranty
Some items when specifically stated may come with a maximum of a 30-Day replacement
warranty. CPU’s purchased with a system board will be granted a one year
replacement only warranty if the system assembly fee is paid.
* 0 – 90 Days
Immediate replacement upon determination of faulty product by RMA department.
This replacement will be with a new product if possible, or repaired and or
refurbished if new product is unavailable.
* 90 Days – 1 Year
Upon determination of faulty product by the RMA department, Copystars.com will
replace item based on availability. In some situations due to availability customers
may be given the option to choose fair market value for the defective product
and choose a current market substitution and additional cost may be incurred.
Copystars.com will not force a substitution of a product but additional time
for RMA replacement maybe required. In some cases customers may be encouraged
to deal directly with the manufacturer for replacement as often the mfg. warranty
is longer than the one year warranty provided by Copystars.com and their return
window is dramatically shorter as well.
* 1 – Year Warranty
All new items except when specifically excluded by information listed with the
product come with a one-year replacement warranty. CPUs do not initially include
a one-year warranty unless they are purchased with a motherboard and an assembly
fee is paid. This guarantees that for one year items purchased from Copystars.com
will be defect free. If during that one year period an item ceases to function
due to manufacturer or mechanical defects Copystars.com will replace the item
upon receipt by our RMA department.
*2 year Warranty, one year for parts, 2 year for labor
This usually apply for Duplicator system. The hardware parts carry the regular
one year warranty . After the first year, any repair and replacement service
will still go with no charge for one more year. The buyer has to responsible
for the ship charge return to our site and the shipping charge for the repaired
equipment. International buyer also responsible for all tariff and custom tax
if any incurred.
* Limited Lifetime Warranty
Select item(s) when explicitly stated carry a limited lifetime warranty against
defects in manufacturing or materials that result in merchandise ceasing to
function or functioning erratically. This warranty does not cover wear and tear,
nor does it cover abuse, neglect, or anything that would void an active manufacturer
warranty. The period of this warranty is considered the lifetime of the product
while active and or available on the market. After one year, items may be subject
to market forces, such as advances in technology, shortages, and revisions over
which Copystars.com can exert no control. This warranty is a non-transferable
and binding only towards the replacement of the item as long as it remains available
on the open market. If an item more than two years old exceeds a margin of 25%
higher than the original purchase price to replace it, it is no longer covered
by this warranty.
* Refurbished Items
Copystars.com seldom deal with refurbished items, in the case of such sales,
refurbished items will be sold with individual specific warranties limited to
replacement only unless otherwise specified. In some cases refurbished items
may be sold with no warranty in an as-is status. The only replacement available
for covered items is protection against DOA.
I LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Copystars.com MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE
PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Copystars.com SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES,
BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION,
OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY
LIMIT. Copystars.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES
AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS
OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Copystars.com
IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon OCIE.com until it
is accepted; OCIE.com must receive payment before it will accept an order.
Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment
by credit card, Paypal, wire transfer, or some other method prearranged with
OCIE.com . You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice,
and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month
or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include
shipping and handling charges shown on the Invoice. Free shipping, if we offer
sometimes as a promotion, is limited to ground shipping to the Continental US
and additional fees will be charged to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories
or for faster delivery methods.
Title; Risk of Loss: OCIE.com will arrange for shipment
of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point,
meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon
delivery to the carrier. OCIE.com reserves a purchase money
security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due,
and insures products against damage for this reason. Customers are expected
to provide a reasonably secure delivery environment and are required to notify
us if an unsafe delivery environment exists where products may be stolen before
delivery. Customer agrees to allow Copystars.com to sign appropriate
documents on Customer's behalf to permit Copystars.com to protect
its purchase money security interest. All software is provided subject to the
license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any
software license agreement once the seal on the shipping package is broken.
OCIE.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates,
but OCIE.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible
for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable
control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of
federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes,
lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to these
Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between OCIE.com
and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard
to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and
performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention
on the International Sale of Goods. OCIE.com and Customer
consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the
State of CA, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto,
and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and
venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal
action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise,
against OCIE.com that is more than one year after the date
of the applicable invoice.
Severability: If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid,
illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality,
or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of
this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be
deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable
under applicable CA law.
Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party
of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's
right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either
party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held
by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver
is made in writing.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the Copystars.com 's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are
the complete and exclusive agreement between OCIE.com and
Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or
written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other
communications between OCIE.com and Customer relating to
the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by
any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
